PD: I feel sorry the black version was already sold out, because of that I hurried much more on purchasing them x/D

I tryed making some baked autumn mochi last week, it's basically mochi flour, coconut milk or cream, some water, and microwaving since our oven don't have enought strenght.

You add half of mixture first and the other half later, colored. I tryed to make a half one with a little of chocolate too : )

I used aproximately these quantities:

100g of mochiko rice flour
half cup of coconut cream
1/4 cup of water
1/4 tsp. of baking powder

And low power microwaving of about 1 min or 2min every half of mixture, on microwave flower molds : )
